Important: MyVideoCity does not host any video content. We provide a technical interface that retrieves publicly accessible video links from third-party platforms. If you believe infringing content is being served by a third-party platform, you should submit a DMCA notice directly to that platform.
1. Our Position on Copyright
MyVideoCity respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions.
We have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others.
2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorised agent) and believe your work is being infringed through our Service, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A description of the material you claim is infringing and the URL or other information sufficient to locate it on the Service.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.

3. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice containing:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to jurisdiction of the relevant federal court and your acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers
MyVideoCity will, in appropriate circumstances, disable access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
5. Response Time
We aim to acknowledge all valid DMCA notices within 48 business hours and to take appropriate action (where applicable) within a reasonable timeframe.
