Please read these terms carefully before using our downloader.

MyVideoCity provides a web-based utility that allows users to retrieve publicly accessible video metadata and download links from supported social media platforms including, but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and Reddit. The Service acts as a technical intermediary — it does not host, store, or distribute any third-party video content on its own servers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users in jurisdictions with a higher minimum age for online services must comply with local law.

4. Permitted Use

You may use MyVideoCity solely for:

  • Personal, non-commercial downloading of content you own or have explicit permission to download.
  • Downloading content that is licensed under Creative Commons or equivalent open licences that permit downloading.
  • Archiving your own publicly uploaded videos for personal backup purposes.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Download, copy, or redistribute content in violation of any platform's Terms of Service.
  • Download content protected by copyright without the rights-holder's permission.
  • Redistribute, resell, broadcast, or publish downloaded content commercially.
  • Circumvent digital rights management (DRM) systems.
  • Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated scripts to abuse the Service.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.
  • Download content involving child exploitation material or illegal content of any kind.

6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content

MyVideoCity does not claim ownership of any video content retrieved via the Service. All video content remains the property of its respective rights-holders. MyVideoCity's own software, design, branding, and code are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of downloaded content complies with applicable intellectual property laws and the Terms of Service of the originating platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular video format, resolution, or content from third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MyVideoCity AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed USD $10.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyVideoCity, its operators, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination
